Buyer’s Guide

Registration Procedure:
Registration is through telephone or fax, operators will ask customer’s information such as Name, Contact information and address.
Business Time:
Operation hours: 10:00am ~ 8:00pm Closed: Sundays & National Holidays
Delivery Date:
Orders made until 5:00pm will be sent for delivery on the same day and will be received the following day. Orders after 5:00pm will be sent the next day.
Method of Payments:
Net amount is payable through the forwarding agent (COD). Some items like Made to orders are need to be paid before delivery (need to settle through Furikomi). Delivery and collect charges depends on the location of the customer and the type of delivery (dry, chilled, frozen).
Returned & Damaged Items:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the items received. Damaged baggage/merchandise/goods during delivery; it is customer's responsibility to check the ITEM/s received. Goods may be damaged upon delivery, in this instance, please ask the delivery staff/courier to take back the damaged item/goods. By at this point, Ana’s Trading will replace the said ITEM as soon as we (Ana’s personnel) informed by the delivery staff/courier. Any demands for reimbursements after receiving of goods that are not informed will not be honored.
Refunds & Reimbursements
Quality failure and miscounting or miscalculations of product quantity and product total will be honored for verification and checking within the next business day only, Expenses will be shouldered by Ana’s Trading. Failed to do so will be cause not to entertain the complains of the customers.
